One Pin. One Page. Every Day.
“A year from now, you’ll wish you’d started today.”
“So today, I did.”
One Pin
One Page
Every Day
A promise to myself
Most people see the finished book.
They don't see the thousands of words that were deleted.
The self-doubt.
The rewrites.
The coffee-fuelled mornings.
The tiny moments of progress that slowly become something extraordinary.
In July 2026, I made myself a simple promise.
Every day I would write at least one page.
Every day I would publish one Pinterest pin.
Not because either had to be perfect.
But because dreams aren't built in giant leaps.
They're built through small, consistent actions repeated day after day.
This project isn't about writing the perfect book.
It's about becoming the kind of author who shows up, even when motivation disappears.
Some days I'll write thousands of words.
Some days I'll struggle to write one page.
Some Pinterest pins will reach thousands of readers.
Others may barely be seen.
Neither matter.
Showing up does.
Why Pinterest?
Pinterest isn't just another social media platform for me.
It's where readers discover books, stories, authors and inspiration.
Each pin is another doorway leading someone into my world.
One reader at a time.
Why I’m sharing the journey
I want you to see the real process behind becoming an author.
Not just the polished cover at the end.
You'll see:
Writing updates
Coffee-fuelled mornings
Behind-the-scenes moments
Lessons I'm learning
Character inspiration
Book recommendations
Wins
Challenges
And eventually…
Holding my finished books in my hands.
“Because one day, someone will pick up one of my books and never know that it all began with a single page and a single pin”.
